Jeanette is CEO and founder of USP Marketing PR. She obtained a Bachelor degree in Tourism Management and lived and worked in Austria for a couple of years, where she got inspired to found USP in 1994. Ever since she has been a passionate and result driven entrepreneur and communications professional with an extensive (online) media and partner network. She regularly gives presentations on various topics because of her experience in PR and marketing. Jeanette has an eye for talent which helped her create a team full of creative and ambitious PR professionals, who together are the core of USP Marketing PR.
Marloes is Managing Director and brings 10 years of experience in Public Relations. With a background in the hospitality and entertainment industry she has a broad media network. Marloes has a degree in International Hotel and Tourism Management and is a true relationship builder. She has an eye for new opportunities, loves to connect and is always seeking creative projects. Next to her background in entertainment she has an international mindset since she lived in several countries over the world. Currently Marloes is overviewing the accounts, supporting the destination and hospitality clients and managing the entire team.
Natasha is Communications and Business Development Director at USP Marketing PR and brings 17 years of experience in Public Relations for world class brands in travel, aviation and architectural design industries. She lived abroad for ten years, and immersing herself in different cultures taught her to always have an open mindset. Now back in Amsterdam she loves the vibrancy, diversity, history and buzz of the city. Currently Natasha is overviewing the key aviation and destination accounts and working on business development. With her eye for new opportunities and her deep understanding of both client and audience ensures high results and a strong return on investment.
Carole is a Senior Consultant and brings more than 20 years of experience in international tourism, marketing, communication and social media. After studying foreign languages at La Sorbonne in Paris and a Master's degree in Hotel, Tourism & Congress in Angers, France, Carole worked in Austria and Germany before joining the team of the French Tourist Board in the Netherlands as Deputy Director and Marketing Manager. in 2011 she co-created a lifestyle platform entirely dedicated to France: frankrijk.nl and frankreichwebazine.de. Within USP she is taking care of all French and German speaking accounts, working on new business development and sustainable projects. Carole is really creative, thinks out of the box and is result-oriented.
Sylvia is Senior Consultant with an entrepreneurial spirit and is an expert in supporting clients in both lifestyle and People + Planet + Profit strategies. She has 20+ years’ experience as Managing Director of a PR agency specialised in fashion, lifestyle, luxury and design. Sylvia organised PR campaigns and events for established brands among Adidas, Reebok, O’Neill, Guess, Salomon, Moët & Chandon, Tod’s, Farrow & Ball, The School of Life and Sub-Zero. Sylvia was a member of the Women Inc coalition ‘beeldvorming in media’ to strive for more inclusivity and is author for Dutch marcom platforms Adformatie and Frankwatching.
Manon is a proactive Consultant specialized in trade and PR, besides being a true airline expert. She graduated in Tourism Management (Bachelor of Business Administration) and has been working for several years already at USP. At first mainly focusing on the PR side, but quickly also gained much knowledge and experience in the field of trade and marketing. Before she started working in PR she worked for many years in the hospitality industry, where she gained interest in everything related to gastronomy. Another passion of Manon is sports, either watching a sports game or working out herself. She is always in for trying new (adventurous) activities and doesn’t like to lose!
Zarina is a dedicated PR and (Trade) Marketing Consultant at USP Marketing PR. She graduated in International Communication Management with specialisations in media & journalism, crisis management and sustainability. Before joining USP, she worked as a PR, (trade) marketing and corporate communication specialist for brands in cosmetics, consumer electronics and tourism. The valuable experience that she gained working in different industries allowed her to build up a relevant media and trade network, develop the skills to get things done and to create ‘out of the box’ and creative PR and marketing plans.
Ninette grew up in an international family and developed her passion for travel at an early age. With part of her studies completed in Toronto and starting her business career in Dubai in Social Media Management, she gained a deep understanding for marketing and social media in different cultures. She is a ‘Rotterdammer’ at heart having obtained both her Bsc International Communication and Media and Msc Marketing Management at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. Before starting her career at USP she was able to develop her marketing skills at luxury cosmetics and coffee brands. Her specializations are copy writing and concept development and will always approach PR activities with an ‘outside-the-box’ mentality.
Vera is a PR Consultant with a background in tourism and city marketing. After obtaining her Bachelor of Arts she started working at a city marketing organization where she was involved in marketing, communications, PR and travel trade. She completed a part of her studies in Australia and wrote her thesis for a global organization in Stockholm, and working in these international settings taught her adaptability and creative thinking. Vera loves the fast moving environment of PR, creating and developing innovative concepts as well as keeping an eye on trends and changes in society.
