Jeannette is CEO and founder of USP Marketing PR. She obtained a Bachelor degree in Tourism Management and lived and worked in Austria for a couple of years, where she got inspired to found USP in 1994. Ever since she has been a passionate and result driven entrepreneur and communications professional with an extensive (online) media and partner network. She regularly gives presentations on various topics because of her experience in PR and marketing. Jeanette has an eye for talent which helped her create a team full of creative and ambitious PR professionals, who together are the core of USP Marketing PR.
Marloes is Managing Director and brings 10 years of experience in Public Relations. With a background in the hospitality and entertainment industry she has a broad media network. Marloes has a degree in International Hotel and Tourism Management and is a true relationship builder. She has an eye for new opportunities, loves to connect and is always seeking creative projects. Next to her background in entertainment she has an international mindset since she lived in several countries over the world. Currently Marloes is overviewing the accounts, supporting the destination and hospitality clients and managing the entire team.
Natasha is Communications and Business Development Director at USP Marketing PR and brings 17 years of experience in Public Relations for world class brands in travel, aviation and architectural design industries. She lived abroad for ten years, and immersing herself in different cultures taught her to always have an open mindset. Now back in Amsterdam she loves the vibrancy, diversity, history and buzz of the city. Currently Natasha is overviewing the key aviation and destination accounts and working on business development. With her eye for new opportunities and her deep understanding of both client and audience ensures high results and a strong return on investment.
Carole is a Senior Consultant and brings more than 20 years of experience in international tourism, marketing, communication and social media. After studying foreign languages at La Sorbonne in Paris and a Master's degree in Hotel, Tourism & Congress in Angers, France, Carole worked in Austria and Germany before joining the team of the French Tourist Board in the Netherlands as Deputy Director and Marketing Manager. in 2011 she co-created a lifestyle platform entirely dedicated to France: frankrijk.nl and frankreichwebazine.de. Within USP she is taking care of all French and German speaking accounts, working on new business development and sustainable projects. Carole is really creative, thinks out of the box and is result-oriented.
Ninette grew up in an international family and developed her passion for travel at an early age. With part of her studies completed in Toronto and starting her business career in Dubai in Social Media Management, she gained a deep understanding for marketing and social media in different cultures. She is a ‘Rotterdammer’ at heart having obtained both her Bsc International Communication and Media and Msc Marketing Management at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. Before starting her career at USP she was able to develop her marketing skills at luxury cosmetics and coffee brands. Her specializations are copy writing and concept development and will always approach PR activities with an ‘outside-the-box’ mentality.
Anne has been a part of USP Marketing PR for several years now. She ongoingly supported the team whilst obtaining her Bachelor International Marketing & Communications and her Master Media & Business. Anne completed a part of her studies in Seoul, South Korea and wrote her thesis in collaboration with L’Oréal. With her positive and curious attitude, Anne is very devoted to everything she does and always aims to make the most out of a challenging situation. She loves the vibrant and international environment USP is operating in as well as the innovative marketing and PR initiatives that go hand in hand with this.
Anouk is Senior PR consultant and has 12 + years of experience in Public Relations in the fashion, interior, sport and travel segments. She has a degree in Fahion and Branding at the Amsterdam Fashion Institue. Her energy flows by designing and rolling out creative, yet suitable plans for brands, besides this she maintains a high standard for personal communication and is a real relationship builder. She doesn’t think out of the box, as in her eyes it’s better to have no box at all; everything is possible as long as it fits the brand strategy and the end consumer. She likes to dive into brands, with her branding background she works in in the field of PR but also certainly gives advice in the field of brand strategies both online and offline. Anouk lived in countries as Portugal and Sri Lanka. She chose these countries mainly because of the waves, as she loves to surf. Besides being a PR consultant, anouk is also a yoga teacher.
Liesbeth has been working in the travel and hospitality industry in The Netherlands and in France for several years. She brings 7 years experience in public relations. With her background as a PR-officer at the French Tourist Board in The Netherlands, she developed her knowledge in the communication and PR field. She loves connecting with people and gets enthusiastic of an international environment. Her curiosity and love for foreign languages results in speaking 5 languages. By travelling all around the world and living at different places, Liesbeth has been immersed in different cultures which has given her an open mindset.
With a background in European Studies and NIMA Marketing Communication, Martine has 15+ year experience in the PR field. Having developed a strong interest in sustainability and how it can positively impact society through innovation, she aims at promoting more conscious ways of travelling respectful of the environment and of local populations. In the past years, she has combined this goal with her specific interest for seaweed. Whenever she can, Martine loves getting outdoor to bike or sail.
Nomadic in spirit, Dimitri freelances from wherever the wind (read: Wi-Fi) takes him. Creative strategy is his trade, as it has been for over 10 years. He conceives and develops brand identities, marketing campaigns and business development tools, and has a broad international network to help implement these. Dimitri has lived in Japan, Paris, Portugal and Senegal, each of which resulted in the co-creation of new and exciting business ventures to promote cultures, entertainment and last but not least, have fun.
Graduated from the study Tourism Management and obtaining her Bachelor of Arts, Amber is beyond ready to unleash her creative brain with the next step as Junior Consultant at USP Marketing PR. During her previous traineeship at USP, she has already gained a pocketful of experience in destination and social media marketing, developing innovative and sustainable campaigns and creative concepts. With a true passion for Public Relations, communication and the travel industry she is ready to use her knowledge in practice in this ever-moving industry.
Elies started for USP almost a year ago and is currently working as a Junior Consultant. Her career at USP started with a traineeship during which she discovered her love for Public Relations. In addition to her work for USP she focusses on her study Commercial Economics: Global Marketing & Sales. Working at USP gained her experience in the segments social media marketing, influencer marketing and building media relationships. Elies loves creating creative concepts and is an active and positive linchpin, who knows how to make the best of every project.
Lolithe operates as junior consultant in the USP Marketing PR team after she first completed her Bachelor's degree in Media, Information & Communication and then obtained her Master's degree in Business Communication and Digital Media. During her studies, she gained experience abroad in London and Cape Town, which also encouraged her wanderlust. Lolithe is open-minded, creative and others often describe her as a go-getter. At USP she gets stimulated to keep growing due to the international environment combined with creative marketing and PR representations. She is looking forward to creating a more extensive network in the business world and a pocketful of experience in PR and marketing.
